-
A fresh sandbox in about 5 seconds
Every test boots its own cloud sandbox, ready in about 5 seconds, with a fresh email address and phone number. It's deleted when the test ends.
-
Their own email and phone
Each test gets its own inbox and phone number. Testers finish real sign-ups, read the code and carry on. Codes are hidden in every record.
-
Full-site scan or one task
Paste a link and the testers look round your whole site, or give them one task to finish, like signing up or checking out.
-
Reports that show their work
A verdict, the one thing to fix first, and every finding tied to a real step, screenshot and moment in the recording. PDF on every plan.

Questions about AI usability testing
What is Botsona?
Botsona runs AI usability testing on your website. Each tester acts like a specific kind of person, such as a 72-year-old who reads every word, a first-timer on a phone or a screen-reader user, and tries a task like ordering or signing up on their own. You watch them live, then get a report of where they got stuck and what to fix first.
What can Botsona test today?
Websites, on desktop and on simulated phones with their screen size, network speed and eyesight. Every test runs in our cloud, so nothing installs on your machine. Native iPhone, Android and desktop apps come next.
How is it different from usability testing with real people?
It doesn't replace talking to your customers. It catches the obvious stumbles first, in a few minutes, on every change, so your sessions with real people go to the questions only they can answer.
Does it check accessibility?
Yes. A keyboard-only tester and a screen-reader tester try the same task as everyone else, and every page they visit gets an automated WCAG check. The report lists each failed rule with the pages it failed on and the testers who met it.
Is it safe to run on my live site?
Testers never press Pay, Delete or Send for real. They treat text on the page as something to read, never as an instruction, so a hidden prompt can't turn them against you. Private and internal addresses are blocked.
What do I get at the end of a test?
A report that opens with the one thing to fix first. Each problem comes worst first, with the tester's own words, a screenshot and a jump to the exact moment in their screen recording, plus a suggested fix. Every claim points to a step that really happened.
