Every plan tests your website with AI testers and gives you the full report. Plans give you credits every week, and each test uses credits for what it actually runs: about 10 for a typical 3-tester test, about 60 for a scan. Paid plans run more, with all 11 testers plus your customers.

On every plan: a test runs up to 20 minutes, a whole-site scan up to 30, and up to 3 tests run at once. Reports export as PDF, and results are kept for good. Websites today; iOS, Android and desktop apps are coming.

Questions about plans

How do credits count?

Credits are charged by what each test actually uses: its AI work and its test machine's time. A short test uses a few, a big scan more. A typical task test with 3 testers uses about 10 credits, and a full-site scan about 60. Each test shows the credits it used. To start, you need at least 5 credits left for a task test, 30 for a scan. If your credits run out during a test, the testers stop and you still get the report. A test that fails because of a problem on our side costs nothing. Your plan's credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC, and unused weekly credits don't carry over.

Why weekly?

So one busy week never uses up a whole month. You get fresh credits every Monday, and billing stays monthly.

What is a whole-site scan?

Instead of one task, the testers look round your whole site. Botsona maps it, each tester visits one page of every kind, and the report says which pages confused them. A scan runs for up to 30 minutes.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, in the app's Settings. Billing is through Stripe. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. The launch offer's half price stays for as long as your subscription does; if you cancel and subscribe again later, the price then on offer applies.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Wait for Monday, when your week's credits come back. Or buy usage credits, 300 for $5, which never expire. Or move to a bigger plan.
