Need help with Botsona? Here is how to reach us and how to do the most common things yourself.
Contact us
- Email founders@deepvariance.com. Write from your account's email address and tell us the test link if your question is about a test.
- In the app, open Feedback in the sidebar and choose Help. Your message goes straight to the team.
Signing in
- Sign in at app.botsona.io with your email and password, Google or GitHub.
- Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we will email you a link.
Plans, credits and billing
- See what each plan includes and how many credits you have left in Settings, Plan. Credits reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
- Manage your subscription and payment details with Manage billing in Settings, Plan.
- Prices are on the pricing page.
Botsona in ChatGPT and Claude
Botsona can start tests, follow them and read their reports from inside ChatGPT or Claude.
- Add Botsona with this address: https://app.botsona.io/mcp. In ChatGPT, add it as an app (custom MCP server); in Claude, add it as a custom connector.
- When asked, sign in with your Botsona account and choose Allow. Tests started from ChatGPT or Claude use your plan's credits, like tests started in the app.
- To disconnect, remove Botsona from the apps or connectors in ChatGPT's or Claude's settings.
- Only public websites can be tested, and only sites you own or may test.
Your account and data
- Delete your account and everything in it from Settings, Account, Delete account.
- Turn usage data on or off in Settings, Privacy and safety.
- For a copy of your data or any other privacy request, see the Privacy Policy.
